Hydrotherapy

At Built2Move Allied Health, we believe movement is key to better health, and hydrotherapy offers a unique way to achieve it. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or looking to improve mobility and strength, exercising in water provides a safe and effective approach.

Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists use hydrotherapy to create targeted, evidence-based programs designed to support a range of health concerns, including musculoskeletal injuries, arthritis, neurological conditions, and post-surgical rehabilitation. The buoyancy of water reduces joint strain and impact, allowing for pain-free movement while improving strength, flexibility, and endurance. Warm water also promotes circulation, eases muscle tension, and enhances overall relaxation, making it particularly beneficial for pain management and mobility issues.
