What is FORMÁ?
And how does it help?
FORMÁ provides prescription Pilates tailored to meet diverse individual needs, including chronic conditions, injury recovery, disability support, and age-related issues like arthritis and osteoporosis. All classes are conducted by Accredited Exercise Physiologists or Exercise Scientists ensuring safe and personalised exercise programs based on evidence-based practices. Unlike standard group classes, FORMÁ offers clinically informed sessions ideal for rehabilitation, WorkCover, DVA, NDIS, aged care, and return-to-sport initiatives.

What is Pilates?
Pilates is a form of mind and body exercise that focuses on strength, core stability, muscle control, flexibility, posture and breathing.
Pilates is perfect for all fitness levels, on mats or equipment.
