Do I need a referral to access NDIS services? No, you don’t need a referral. If you have an approved NDIS plan, you can contact us directly to arrange an initial consultation.
Can I use my NDIS funding to cover your services? Yes! Our services can be funded under various NDIS support categories, such as: - Improved Daily Living - Improved Health and Well-being - Capacity Building Supports
Where do the sessions take place? Depending on your needs, we offer services in our clinic, at your home, in a gym, or even via telehealth for remote support. Our Occupational Therapists can also conduct home and workplace visits.
What if I don’t know how to use my NDIS funding? No problem! We can assist you in understanding your NDIS plan and guide you on how to access the services you need. If you have a Support Coordinator or Plan Manager, we can also work with them to arrange your sessions.
